Pick it up
before you buy it.

Weight, balance and how a glaze actually catches the light are things a photograph cannot tell you. A shop exists so you can hold the thing, which is most of the decision.

How we work

A Florida shop, with the policy on the counter

HAHA Goods LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L22000381032, filed in 2022, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

Our return, exchange and credit policy is posted at the till and printed on your receipt before you pay — Florida does not require a shop to give refunds, but it does require the policy to be displayed, and burying it is a choice. Goods are sold as their makers supply them: colour, glaze and weave vary in handmade and natural materials, which is a characteristic rather than a fault, and food-safe, oven-safe and washing details are the maker's. If a recall is notified we post it and contact purchasers we can identify.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Can I return something?

Within our policy, which is posted at the till and printed on your receipt before you pay. Florida does not require shops to give refunds at all, which is exactly why you should read any shop's policy before buying.

These two bowls look different.

They will — handmade ceramics vary in glaze and tone piece to piece. That is the material behaving normally rather than a fault, and we point it out before you buy a set.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Whatever the maker states, which we will show you. We do not make our own safety or durability claims on top of theirs, because we have not tested them.

Will this linen shrink?

Probably a little on the first wash, and it will crease permanently in use. Both are normal for the fibre, and worth knowing before you buy a full set for a table.

Can you wire this lamp in for me?

No. We sell lamps as supplied with the bulb and fitting specifications; anything needing hard wiring is work for a licensed electrician.

Can I get a gift receipt?

Always ask, and we include one as standard. It lets the recipient exchange within our policy without seeing what you paid.

Looking for something specific?

Ask us — if we do not stock it, we will say whether it is worth ordering.
